Paraffin Wax Treatment For Hands

Paraffin Wax

Warm wax is also great for relieving joint & muscular pain & proves tobe generally therapeutic for hands and feet.

Method:-

1. Place the hand over a plastic bag or a sheet of tin foil to protect your work surface.

2. Ensure the was is not too hot by testing it on the inside of your wrist first. When the temperature is just right, brush on or drizzle the warmed was over the area, remembering to apply to the underside of the hand first. This is because the skin on the palm is thicker and needs longer treatment time to achieve the same effect as on the back of the hand.

3. Wrap the waxed area up in the foil or plastic bag and then a towel for about 10 minutes.

4. Unwrap the area and pull away the wax to reveal super soft, warm hands. Be aware of contra-indications as although the warm wax is good for dry skin, any open wounds will feel painful. Also, any contagious diseases could be encouraged to cross infect in the warm confined environment so avoid this treatment if you have any open wounds.

Light Makeup Tips

1. Hydrate your face. Putting make-up on can sometimes dry out your skin. Moisturizers can make your skin smooth, and healthy looking.

2. Press powder on This will stick to the moisturizer that covered your face. You can go to a makeup counter at the mall and have a professional makeup artist help you find the right color. Or use foundation and bronzer.

3. Use eye liner Make a brown thin line beginning from the outer corner of your lash line to the end of it with your eye liner. Do the same for the bottom lid.

4. Brush on eyeshadow Many different colors of eyes require different colors. Highlight your brow with a light shade and your crease to your lash line with a dark one. Not everyday tho, change it up. one day wear a dark brown, another day gold, another a tropical color or even none at all.

5. Wear your chapstick You wouldn't want your lips to go bare and chapped. I prefer you buy a Chapstick Classic to not only give your lips SPF and care but also flavor. Soft Lips are also wonderful, they have yummy flavors and are tinted

6. Apply Lip gloss Lipsticks are less clearer and metallic than this. Put on a clear or light lip gloss.

7. Put on Mascara Wear mascara and curl your eyelashes to make your eyes look bigger and more open.

Important:-

Makeup does not have to be expensive to be good. Look at your options of brands.

Make sure that the make up you use is not cheap quality. You don't want it to damage your skin.

Use skin-friendly makeup.

Make sure your makeup does not look like you put on mask, make it look simple and natural!

Wash your face before and after everytime you use makeup, this way, you can keep that beautiful complextion that your working so hard to pump up!

Remember, makeup is not a mask. If it takes you more than 5 minutes to remove it, you're using too much!

Remember; makeup is meant to highlight your features, not cover them up.

Always take your makeup off, because if you don't, you'll have some unwanted acne.

Tips For Your Face

Tips how to wash your face properly:

1. Tie your hair back from your face.First wash your hands with a good face soap to clean them.
2. Wet your face with warm water to open your pores. Avoid using too hot and too cold water that can dry out your skin. This will also open the pores for deeper cleansing.
3. Take the cleanser or face wash and get a small amount on your hands, about the size of a nickel. Rub some on your wet hands. Strong soaps can dry your skin and strip off natural lipids. Choose soap that is mild if you prefer soap, or you can always choose cleansers that are soap- free.
4. Using your fingers, rub the cleanser all over your face removing dirt on the surface of your skin. Remember that hard rubbing will actually do more harm than good.
5. Rinse your face with cool, clean water, to close your pores, keeping the soap out of your eyes. Residues left behind can actually clog your pores. Rinse three times, then rinse again.
6. Pat your face dry with a clean and soft face towel. Never ever rub your face.
7. If your skin is too dry after washing, use water only and pat dry, or apply a moisturizing lotion afterward. Make sure the moisturizer is not oily or it may cause pimples.
8. Wash your face twice if you have been wearing makeup. The first wash removes the makeup and the second cleanses the skin.

Take care of your skin:

Avoid much of sunlight.

People with dry skin should use soap which fall into the super fatted category.
Select cosmetics carefully.

Use a face pack for pimples. Check the ingredients of the face pack before you actually use it.
Include a steaming process as part of your facial cleansing routine. Once a week, for five to ten minutes at a time, gently steam your face. Be sure the water is cool enough to keep the steam from burning your face.

A good facial scrub can make all the difference in the look of your skin. The facial scrub should be soap free and mild. Use your fingers to work the facial scrub onto your face then rinse off with lukewarm water and blot.

Have good amounts of fresh fruits and drink water.

There may be many cosmetics in the market to add glow to your skin but washing your face every day is more important than any treatment or beauty regimen on the market today. Little care everyday and you will fall in love with your skin.

Combination Skin Care

A simple morning skincare routine should include a cleanser, toner and moisturiser. This is to be done first thing in the morning and doesn't require a great effort. If you have specific skin complaints e.g. blemishes you may add products to combat these as required. After this you may then put on your make up.
In the evening before bed it is important you remove your make up before following a skincare routine. This will provide your skincare products with a clean face with which to work.
Follow your skincare routine as before, again adding products as required. Repeat daily.
Select your skincare products carefully. Many are designed specifically for combination skin and it is worth reading reviews and trying samples before committing yourself. Sales assistants working at beauty counters in department stores can advise you which products will work best for your skin type, they can also confirm your skin type if you are in doubt.
Once you have adopted a skincare routine, stick to it. Many products need time and may not work straight away. If you react to anything discontinue use immediately and seek advise.
Certain brands design make up with a specific skin type in mind so take care to select products for your type.

Oily Skin Care

The first basic rule for oily skin care is to keep it clean so as to kill acne-causing bacteria. It is essential to unclog the pores with exfoliation to prevent breakouts.
Washing your face with warm water and cleanser is preferable to using harsh soaps. Warm water helps in keeping the skin oil free.
Antibacterial cleansing lotions can also be used to keep the skin acne-free. Mild acne medications have a drying effect on oily skin.Choose cosmetics and facial care products with care.
Oily skin make up items must be water-based since oil-based cosmetics can aggravate the oiliness and create blemishes.
Clay masks and mud masks work well for oily skin. They remove the excess oil that is found in the skin. But do not excessively dry the upper layer of the skin with chemical products. Use of harsh products can leave the skin feeling taut and dehydrated.
This may be counterproductive since the skin will produce more oil to compensate the loss. This is a reaction called 'reactive seborrhea', where the oil glands work at a frenetic pace to compensate for the loss of natural oils.

Dry Skin:-

Dry Skin looks dry and tight, particularly when you wash your body with soap. Dry skin will not protect your skin from hot and cold weather by its roughness by nature. But Dry skin will not allow spots or acne on you skin comparing to oily skin. Maintaining a Dry skin is really difficult. Always use gentle and alcohol free makeup with rich and creamy cleanser. Maintain it wet always, including throat area and around your Eyes. It is advisable to use wet foundation in makeup. You need not apply powder on your skin. Clean your face with liquid cleansing bar. While using soap always use warm water.

Oily Skin:-

It is easy to identify the Oily skin because it will always shine. It has sebum to prevent drying out of your skin. Oily Skin easily magnetizes the dirt and dust comparing to Dry Skin, because it will always shine. It is better wash the dirt with warm water; because it will release the dirt from the skin and then you can clean you face by cold water. Always use non-greasy and light liquid cleanser to clean. The advantage of Oily Skin is you need not take any extra moisturizing care for it, because it is allredy having shine.

Combition Skin:-

This is the most common type of skin, because most of us have this type of skin. In this type of skin there are some areas such as nose, forehead and chins, which come under oily skin and the areas around your eyes and neck comes under dry skin. So it is very difficult to care your skin because you have to use separate products for both oil and dry skins and it is very expensive too. You have to use the cleanser which is suitable for both skins.
