Caring for your Makeup Brushes

1.
Apply a drop of cleanser into the palm of your hand, then gently swipe the brushes back and forth over your palm. The bristles should become sudsy, but don't rub them too vigorously.

Holding the brushes upside down, rinse the bristles in running water until the water runs clear.

3.
After cleaning and rinsing, fill your wash basin with warm water and add a drop of hair conditioner to the water. Dip the brushes in the water for a few seconds, then empty the basin and rinse the brushes.

4.
Once the brushes are clean, gently squeeze out any excess water.

5.
Place the brushes on a paper towel and allow them to dry completely. Leave them overnight before using them again.

6.
When not in use, store brushes in makeup case, so that the bristles remain flat. This helps to ensure that the brushes maintain their overall shape.

For Good Skin


Tips For Good Skin:-

1. Wash your face just enough to remove dirt and make-up not to leave skin feeling tight.

2. You wouldn't leave the house without brushing your teeth, the same goes for wearing broad spectrum SPF 15 minimum.

3. You can use regular cream around the eye.

4. Choose a moisturizer with antioxidants that's protects skin from the elements.

5. Reapply moisturizer hourly when flying.

6. Apply anti aging or acne ingredients before any other products to keep from blocking their penetration

7. More isn't always better a pea size amount of face cream is enough.

8. Exfoliate skin every week with a gentle scrub.

9. If you want to real results, give products up to six Mont's to work.

Eyebrow Tips


1. Tweezing should be done after a bath or shower, when skin is supple. Using a natural light.

2. First apply a tea tree oil.

3. Brush eyebrow upwards and outwards.

4. Hold the skin with the opposite hand and gently stretch place tweezer close to the skin, near the roots of the hair, then pull the hair with a quick motion in the direction of growth. Pluck strays and any hairs that fall under the brow line one at a time, all the way across the brow.

5. Pluck a few hair from one brow, then stop and pluck a few from the other. Be sure to check that the shape is even on both brows.

6. Holding tweezers straight and pulling the skin up towards the forehead, pluck any stray hairs from between the brows.

7. After plucking use Aloe Vera gel which calms down the redness right away.

8. Pluck brows in daylight facing window or using an illuminated mirror, don't try and pluck in artificial light as it's harder to see where the hairs are...

9. If you're not happy with the shape of your brows don't pluck them for 6-8 weeks. It takes time for brow hair to grow back fully, then you can try again.

10. Before coloring brows brush them upwards to make sure they're even and then brush out horizontally.

Hair Removing Methods

Shaving:-
1. Combine with moisturizing shave foam or gel for a close shave. Moisturizer afterwords to smooth your skin.
2. A closer shave means a less frequent one. Let the shaving cream get to work and soften the hair for a few movements before using your razor.

Tweezing:-
1. Hold a warm washcloth over the area of hair to dampen and soften it first, and open the poers. This will make tweezing easier or press an ice cube over the area to anaesthetic it first you find it really painful.

Waxing:-
1. After waxing the bikini area apply an antibacterial cream to prevent infection or a rash.
2. Wear loose clothing after waxing.
3. Never wax on a sore areas.

Depilatory creams:-
1. Simply apply this cream and live about 5-10 minutes then rinse away.

Bleaching:-
1. Bleaching is best for use on your arms, upper lips and face.
2. If using a new product , do a patch test on your skin first to insure you don't react to the products bleaching agents.

Sugaring:-
1. Works in a similar way to waxing, but uses a paste made from sugar, lemon and water. It's well known in Middle East and is growing in popularity elsewhere. Has the same benefits as waxing and can be used anywhere on the body can be fairly painful and there is a risk of ingrowing hairs.

Electrolysis:-
1. You may find that you are more sensitive to the pain just before or during you period.

Home Made Face Pack


Face Packs
Face packs help to maintain the skin healthy and youthful. Face is the index of mind, so your face should be clean and bright. There are two kinds of face packs. They are homemade and herbal.

1. Apple Mask:-
The ingredients to make a mixture are sliced and peeled apple, one egg yolk, and one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoon of oil. Put all the ingredients in the mixer and make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your face and neck; leave it until the past dries. Clean your face with lukewarm water.

2. Tomato Pack:-
Take some tomato's, make it as a pulp, mix it with one teaspoon lemon juice, and apply this mixture on your face and neck. This makes your skin healthy and glowing.

3. Orange Mask:-
Mix some Orange juice with milk and apply on your face and neck for smooth and soft skin.

4. Strawberry Mask:-
Strawberry contains Vitamin C, so it will make your skin shine and spotless. Smash two or three large strawberries, apply that paste on your face, and leave it for 10 minutes. Clean your face with rose water.

5. Banana Mask:-
Take a mature banana and mix it with some honey to make a paste. Apply this paste on your skin and hair.

6.Cucumber Mask:-
For oily skin this pack is very effective. Take 1 tablespoon of cucumber juice; mix it with one tablespoon of mint juice and ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract. Apply this paste on your skin and neck. Leave this pack until it dries. Clean your skin with lukewarm water.

7. Potato Mask:-
Mix one teaspoon of potato juice and one teaspoon of multani mitti. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Leave it until it dries; wash your face and neck by Luke warm water.

8. Papaya Mask:-
Take 2 tablespoon of papaya pulp and apply this on your face and neck. Wash it with lukewarm water; you can also mix lemon juice with papaya pulp.
